Since its inauguration in 1966, Kosei Publishing Company, an organization affiliated with Rissho Kosei-kai, has published a variety of reliable publications on religion and the quality of life in both English and Japanese. The company has consistently promoted a better understanding of the spirit of Buddhism, and the Buddha's ageless teachings of benevolence, equality, and peace as well.

Through its bimonthly English-language magazine, Dharma World, readers can observe Buddhism as a practical living religion and learn of Rissho Kosei-kai's dynamic activities through its efforts for interreligious dialogue and cooperation for world peace. The company also publishes the English translations of books by Rev. Nikkyo Niwano, the late founder of Rissho Kosei-kai, Rev.
