Petition Drive Held all over Bangladesh

The ARMS DOWN! Petition drive hosted by Rissho Kosei-kai Bangladesh was held all over the country science March 4, 2010.

The youth members of Rissho Kosei-kai Bangladesh Branch and other religious youth joined the petition drive. An Arms Down pared on the occasion of Holy Buddha Purnima organized by Rissho Kosei-kai Bangldesh in Chittagong, Coxbazar and Dhaka. This is a very new experience for all the youth members of Rissho Kosei-kai Bangladesh.

In total, 1,000 petitions were collected. The major petition is collected from middle and high school students and also from different universities students. Some participant in the drive said, “It was my first time to join such a kind of activity, I have been surprised to here that all the peoples want world peace and secure life for the future generation, I always surprised by there encouragement to our little efforts.” Another said, “Many of the young generation really think about the world future, and for the future of the country, such how to develop the economy, health and education sector.”

Many honorable personalities of different position of the society has already singed in the petition and encouraged the youth generation of Rissho Kosei-kai Bangladesh for doing such a novel job and for spreading the awareness of world peace by their action.

Just before the petition activity, all the youth members of Rissho Kosei-kai made a special prayer for the world Peace. They pray that “Each of us will enlightened the true mission of life by this Campaign”
